The Spam Kingpin has settled lawsuits with the state of Texas & Microsoft that cost him at least $1million. Ryan Pitylak, a graduate from the University of Texas last month has reportedly admitted to has sent 25 million e-mails everyday. This was part of the 24-year-old Spam king’s spamming operation in 2004.

Spamhaus project, an international clearinghouse that effectively tracks Spammers and is associated with law enforcement officials, had once listed Pitylak as the fourth-worst spaammer in the world.

The civil settlements were both reached last month in federal court.

Pitylak pledged that he will never send out false, misleading or unsolicited commercial e-mails, as a part of the settlement with Microsoft. Pitylak now is on his mission to help Internet companies to fight span. He has also pledged to sell his $4,30, 000 house & 2005 BMW to help pay his fines & legal bills.
